Help

Live Chat

The Live Chat feature included in ForteWEB allows you to get immediate answers from a member of the Software Support team. When you select the Live Chat feature, a new screen will launch asking for some basic information. Once the form is submitted, you will be connected with a team member who will work with you to answer your questions.

The information you entered in the pre-chat survey will be retained for any future sessions you initiate.

Help

This is a context sensitive link, meaning it will launch a new tab or browser window and bring you to the help topic related to the tab you are currently on. At any time, you can navigate to the home page for help by clicking on the ForteWEB logo at the top of the page. To launch Help from a dialog, simply click on the Question mark shown in the upper right-hand corner of the dialog.

Got an Idea?

This is a link to an external site, where you can enter ideas that you have for ForteWEB, such as improvements or enhancements. You can enter a new idea if it doesn't already exist, or vote on an existing idea that is similar or the same to your own. This tool is reviewed periodically to see what feedback current users have on the tool and what they're hoping to see in the future. Ideas submitted are not guaranteed to be implemented, but they will be considered, especially if they have many votes from users.

Tour ForteWEB

This tour allows you to interact with ForteWEB while learning about basic workflow and functionality. When you launch the tour, it will describe the tab you are located on, and if necessary, walk you through the basics of any inputs that may be required. You can end the tour at any time by clicking End Tour.
